• Follow venue rules and staff instructions

• Be mindful that immersive and theatrical elements do not override consent or personal comfort

Unacceptable behaviour includes, but is not limited to:

• Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination of any kind

• Unwanted sexual attention or physical contact

• Offensive verbal comments related to gender, race, ethnicity, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or appearance

• Sustained disruption of talks, performances, or activities

• Intimidation, stalking, or following

• Non-consensual photography or recording

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this policy, please report it as soon as possible.

All reports will be taken seriously and handled discreetly.

We reserve the right to take any action we consider appropriate, including:

• Issuing a warning

• Removing an individual from the event without refund

Our priority is the safety and wellbeing of those affected.

We will respect confidentiality as far as possible and support anyone who raises a concern in good faith.

No retaliation will be tolerated against anyone who reports misconduct.
