Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all tickets purchased for events organised by **Glodenco Ltd**, operating as **Global Dental Collective** and **Dentown** (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By purchasing a ticket or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

• All ticket sales are processed through Billetto, our official ticketing partner

• Ticket availability is subject to capacity and confirmation of payment

• Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and attendee specified at purchase

• Tickets may not be resold or transferred for commercial gain without our written permission

• All prices are shown in GBP unless stated otherwise

• Any applicable taxes or fees are displayed at checkout

• Payments are handled securely by Billetto and their payment providers

• Tickets are non-refundable, except where required by law

• If an event is cancelled by us, you will be offered a refund or alternative solution

• If an event is postponed, tickets will remain valid for the new date

• We are not responsible for additional costs such as travel or accommodation

We reserve the right to:

• Make reasonable changes to the event programme

• Substitute speakers or content where necessary

• Adjust timings, format, or venue within reasonable limits
   

Such changes do not constitute grounds for a refund.

By attending our events, you agree to:

• Behave respectfully toward speakers, staff, performers, and other attendees

• Follow health and safety instructions at the venue

• Comply with venue rules and regulations
   

We reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate. No refund will be issued in such cases.

• Our events may be photographed or filmed for marketing, documentation, or editorial purposes

• By attending, you consent to the use of your image, likeness, or voice in such materials

• If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please inform a member of staff on arrival

• All event content, including talks, performances, visuals, and materials, remains the intellectual property of Glodenco Ltd or its contributors

• Recording, reproducing, or distributing event content without permission is not permitted

• Attendance is at your own risk

• We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law

• We are not responsible for personal belongings brought to the event

• Ticketing, payments, and certain services are provided by third parties, including Billetto

• Their own terms and policies apply in addition to these Terms & Conditions

We are not responsible for failure or delay in performing our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Acts of God

• Government restrictions

• Strikes

• Power failures

• Venue issues

Personal data collected in connection with ticket purchases and event attendance is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
